The aha!infoline is not an emergency service. In acute emergencies, please call the emergency number 144. An acute emergency includes, for example, shortness of breath, swelling of the face/throat or circulatory problems after contact with an allergen.
Our expert team does not make a medical diagnosis. The consultation does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. We also do not offer nutritional counselling. We do not create individual therapy or nutrition plans.
No. The consultation is free of charge for you. This applies regardless of whether you call us, write to us or book an online appointment. Our service is financed by private donations and public contributions.
No, you have a choice: you can call us during the consultation hours. If you prefer a fixed time, you can arrange an appointment – by phone or online (video). Appointments are also available in the afternoon.

We provide advice by phone in German and French. We respond in writing in all languages; if needed, we use translation tools.
We treat your information confidentially. To process your request and for our statistics, we usually record contact details as well as your date of birth. More information can be found in our data protection policy.
This varies greatly: sometimes 5 minutes are enough, sometimes it takes longer. For scheduled appointments, we plan generously and allow for up to one hour.
