Atopic eczema is a chronic inflammatory skin condition that can place a heavy burden on children, adolescents, and their families in everyday life. The consultation focuses on nursing and therapeutic aspects.
Offered by Zurich Children’s Hospital
During your individual consultation, you will receive:
- A joint assessment of the current situation
- Recommendations on skin care, itch management, and possible triggers
- Personalised treatment plan suggestions, which can be forwarded to your child’s paediatrician
- Practical support and tips for implementing therapy in daily life
Consultations are carried out by experienced specialists at Zurich Children's Hospital and are available in both German and English.
Target group
Children, adolescents, and family members affected by atopic eczema.
Procedure
Consultations can take place on site at Zurich Children’s Hospital or online.
Duration: approx. 60 minutes
Registration requests are automatically forwarded to the hospital’s consultation team, who will contact you directly.
Costs
Consultations are billed through mandatory health insurance.
