We provide advice by phone in German and French. We respond in writing in all languages; if needed, we use translation tools.

We treat your information confidentially. To process your request and for our statistics, we usually record contact details as well as your date of birth. More information can be found in our data protection policy.

This varies greatly: sometimes 5 minutes are enough, sometimes it takes longer. For scheduled appointments, we plan generously and allow for up to one hour.

The consultation by appointment is intended for people residing in Switzerland, as the funding is tied to this requirement.
